Typically, I never get to enjoy the simplicity and mellowness of Sundays because I’m always working (weekend receptionist). But, today aside from not attending Outside Lands, I’m in good spirits.
I worship BandCamp, if you know me you know this is true, and last week I finally downloaded a few Daru Jones albums, so this is what I’m vibing with the whole day.
If you aren’t familiar with Daru Jones, here are the basics. He is a world traveled and well known drummer/producer. ”For more then a decade Daru has worked as a professional drummer and producer in many genres alongside artists such as Talib Kweli, Black Milk, Bilal, Slum Village and Kim Burrell just to name a few.”
