If you didn’t know, the homie Noa James will be performing at Paid Dues in San Bernadino this upcoming Saturday on the dues Paid stage as one of the hottest upcoming emcees coming from the west.  This is his second viral video for Paid Dues, and it consist of an acappella, and him telling the crowd what time he goes on Paid Dues, which is 12:25 PM.  James will also be apart of the “Meet and Greet.”  Don’t miss him.
