The Stepkids debut that came out earlier this year (well not that early, a few months ago) is one of my favorite projects– such an ode to psychdelic soul definitely sounds like it was birthed in some other time period– which is actually one of Stones Throws roster– Aloe Blacc and Mayer Hawthorne.  Anyway, here are new visuals from The Stepkids in the form of “Suburban Dreams,” from their debut.  The video is directed and animated by Chris King.
